We are currently seeking to hire a Fire Alarm Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be based in Dublin but not limited to the area as we provide a nationwide service. The successful candidate will be required to maintain the following systems,
Fire alarm systems,
Air sampling systems
Gas suppression systems,
Portable fire extinguishers,
Disable refuge systems,
The ideal candidate will be required to carry out scheduled service visits to customer sites to maintain systems in accordance with relevant standards. Complete all documentation required. Carry out small installations.
Liaise with customers and work with them to make sure their needs are met both in person and on the phone or via email. To participate on the on call rota with the service team & to deal with customer queries out of hours when not on call as the need arises.
Handle all enquires & respond to in a timely manner
Deal with bookings and confirmations
Report to and work closely with the Service Supervisor.
Ideal Candidate would have to be:
Experience in the Industry
Hold a full clean driving licence
Be a self-starter
Experience in meeting clients with excellent communication skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent written and verbal skills
Fluent in verbal & written English
